- The date, prices and minimum guarantee number of guests are secured upon signing the contract and receipt of the deposit.
- A $900.00 deposit is required and will be deducted from the balance.
- Our cancellation policy will be discussed at the time of booking. Saturday Night minimum of 170 people.
- All charges are subject to State Sales Tax for Cuyahoga County. If your group is tax exempt a copy of your certificate is required.
- Your menu selection, event hours, guaranteed number of guests and any
specifics pertaining to your event are required no later than one week prior
to your event.
- Payment must be made by bank check one week prior to event.
- St. Joseph Church, New Orleans Party Center and/or Russeau Catering will not be responsible for damaged, lost, stolen goods or for items
left behind.
- A security guard is required for all functions.
- The D.J., band, florist, bakery or anyone else making deliveries or setting up must call Russeau Catering prior to event to arrange for set-up and
breakdown times.
- Ohio liquor laws forbid anyone under the age of 21 to be served alcoholic beverages. If upon arrival or during the course of the event a guest appears to be intoxicated, alcohol service will be discontinued to that guest.
- If your event requires selling tickets to purchase alcohol or having a cash bar, a one-day liquor permit from the State of Ohio is required. (a copy of which will remain with the contract).
